Canada: Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. We currently use Canada Post  for all deliveries. The cost of shipping products is $11 (unless you have an order over $100 which automatically qualifies you for FREE shipping) .

International:Unfortunately we are currently not shipping to international countries. Please Contact Us if you are interested in having LIDO Skin Care products available to your country.

Returns

• Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped for a full refund. Please Contact Us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
• Orders  will be shipped 1-2 days after order has been recieved.
• If you have received the wrong product or a faulty product, contact us to have your item replaced.

• We urge you to try Free Samples of our product before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds.

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way with your product. It will be at our discretion to replace it with an alternative.

If you have purchased LIDO Skin Care products from a retailer, please return it to the original retailer.
